Personal Portrait

A little about the person behind the portfolio

I'm a marketing practitioner from Nasik, India, who's spent 12+ years figuring out what actually makes B2B SaaS companies grow. Not in theory — in practice, with real budgets, real pipelines, and real revenue targets.

My path wasn't linear. I went from commerce and corporate consulting to founding a digital marketing agency, then dove deep into SaaS product marketing. Every detour taught me something that textbooks couldn't.

Today, I help startups build the marketing engines that turn early traction into sustainable growth. When I'm not doing that, I'm building AI tools, writing about product-led growth, or finding new ways to automate the boring parts of marketing.

Chapters of My Story

College Days Photo

2008–2011

The Commerce Foundation

It started with a B.Com degree and a fascination with how businesses actually work. While most of my peers chased traditional corporate paths, I was already drawn to the intersection of business and communication — the art of persuading, positioning, and selling ideas.

Corporate Beginnings at Willis Towers Watson

Five years in the corporate world taught me discipline, process, and how large organizations think. Working at Willis Towers Watson and Syntel gave me a front-row seat to enterprise decision-making — but I knew marketing was where I truly belonged.

The MICA Pivot

Enrolling in MICA's PG Certificate in Digital Marketing & Communications was the turning point. It gave me the frameworks and confidence to make the leap from corporate to marketing. This wasn't just education — it was a complete career reinvention.

Building Growtlab — My Own Agency

I didn't wait for permission. I started Growtlab, a digital marketing consultancy, and learned everything the hard way — client management, team building, execution under pressure. Running my own agency taught me more about marketing than any course ever could.

The SaaS Growth Chapter — Hopstack

Joining Hopstack as the first marketer was the defining chapter of my career. I built the entire marketing engine from zero — driving 22.5x ARR growth, winning 30+ enterprise clients, and competing head-on against billion-dollar ERP giants in supply chain tech.

2025 & Beyond

The Chapter I'm Writing Now

Today, I consult for AI-first startups, build side projects like AiAgentsVault, and help founders turn their GTM strategies into revenue engines. After 12+ years of building, breaking, and rebuilding — the best work is still ahead.

Principles That Guide My Work

01

Revenue Over Vanity Metrics

Impressions don't pay bills. I obsess over pipeline, ARR, and conversion — the numbers that actually move a business forward.

02

Build, Don't Just Plan

Strategy without execution is just a deck. I believe in rolling up sleeves — building the engine, not just drawing the blueprint.

03

Learn by Doing

From running my own agency to scaling a startup 22.5x, every lesson came from the trenches. Real experience beats theory every time.

04

Stay Curious, Stay Building

Whether it's AI agents, newsletters, or new GTM frameworks — I'm always experimenting. Curiosity is the engine behind every career chapter.

Life in Frames

"I didn't follow a playbook. I built one — through every pivot, every failure, and every win that taught me what growth really looks like."
